ARLINGTON, Texas — The Pinnacle Corp. said that it will purchase Quick Servant assets from Intura Solutions LP for an undisclosed amount. In February 2005, Pinnacle partnered with Intura to build the next generation of Pinnacle’s Quick Servant solution, used to manage foodservice inventory and operations in the petroleum convenience industry. The next generation of this solution, Symphony.quick servant, has since been released and version 3.0 is now available for general release.
